The principles of the Enlightenment are among the social foundations of a modern, humanistic and humane democracy! In the context of science, research and teaching, above all, freedom of expression and scientific freedom are of special »protection dignity«. It is not without reason that these are enshrined in Article 5 of the Basic Law of the Federal Republic of Germany and are regarded as an irrefutable prerequisite for a free and humanistic civilisation and society. Freedom of opinion and freedom of science are thus among the most important achievements of Western and Western civilizations and reflect humanistic progress in a clear and irrefutable way. They determine the civilized life of a society in everyday life as well as in universities, colleges and all educational institutions. The exercise of freedom in opinion, science, and in many other areas of society is an exercise of reason, prudence, moderation, and discernment in finding good reasons and arguments. This is done in the spirit of European enlightenment for the justification of free judgment and one's own actions. In the spirit of Immanuel Kant: "Have the courage to use your own mind!"

Entre los fundamentos sociales de una democracia moderna, humanista y digna están los principios de la Ilustración. En el contexto de la ciencia, la investigación y la enseñanza, la libertad de expresión y la libertad científica son especialmente «dignos de protección». No sin razón están consagradas en el artículo 5 de la Ley Fundamental de la República Federal de Alemania y se consideran una condición sine qua non para una civilización y una sociedad libres y humanistas. La libertad de opinión y la libertad de la ciencia son, por lo tanto, uno de los logros más importantes de la civilización occidental y occidental, y reflejan el progreso humanista de una manera clara e irrefutable. Determinan la vida civilizada de una sociedad en la vida cotidiana, en las universidades, en las universidades y en todas las instituciones educativas. Zu den gesellschaftlichen Fundamenten einer modernen, humanistischen und menschenwürdigen Demokratie gehören die Prinzipien der Aufklärung! Im Kontext zur Wissenschaft, Forschung und Lehre sind vor allem die Meinungsfreiheit und die Wissenschaftsfreiheit von einer besonderen »Schutzwürdigkeit«. Nicht ohne Grund sind diese im Grundgesetz der Bundesrepublik Deutschland in Artikel 5 verankert und gelten als unumstößliche Voraussetzung für eine freie und humanistische Zivilisation und Gesellschaft. Die Freiheit der Meinung und die Freiheit der Wissenschaft zählen somit zu den wichtigsten Errungenschaften der westlichen sowie der abendländischen Zivilisation und spiegeln den humanistisch geprägten Fortschritt in einer klaren und unumstößlichen Weise wider. Sie bestimmen das zivilisierte Leben einer Gesellschaft im Alltag sowie an den Universitäten, Hochschulen und an allen Bildungseinrichtungen. Die Ausübung der Freiheit in Meinung, Wissenschaft und in vielen weiteren Bereichen der Gesellschaft ist eine Ausübung der Vernunft, der Besonnenheit, der Mäßigkeit und der Einsicht, gute Gründe und Argumente zu finden. Dies erfolgt im Sinne der europäischen Aufklärung für die Begründung des freien Urteils und des eigenen Handelns. Ganz im Sinne von Immanuel Kant: "Habe Mut, dich deines eigenen Verstandes zu bedienen!"

1. Due to the disintegration of the scientific landscape and the censorship of free dialogue in Germany, we have decided to oppose this degeneration resolutely and to maintain the "Humboldt educational system" in the spirit of the Enlightenment. Issues of international politics are discussed and taught free from ideological opinions and trends. Realpolitically free and conservative in the sense of natural law conditions and the teachings of the "old" philosophers and thinkers!

Con la desintegración del panorama científico y la censura del libre diálogo en Alemania, hemos decidido oponernos decididamente a esta degeneración y mantener el «sistema educativo Humboldés» en el sentido de la Ilustración. Los temas de la política internacional se discuten y enseñan libres de opiniones y tendencias ideológicas. Realpolíticamente libre y conservador en el sentido de las realidades de la ley natural y las enseñanzas de los "viejos" filósofos y pensadores!

Durch den Zerfall der wissenschaftlichen Landschaft sowie die Zensur des freien Dialoges in Deutschland haben wir uns entschlossen, sich dieser Entartung entschieden entgegenzustellen und das »Humboldtsche Bildungssystem« im Sinne der Aufklärung aufrecht zu erhalten. Themen der Internationalen Politik werden frei von ideologischen Meinungen und Trends zur Diskussion gestellt und gelehrt. Realpolitisch frei und konservativ im Sinne der naturgesetzlichen Gegebenheiten und den Lehren der "alten" Philosophen und Denker!

2. All lectures relate to current and important areas of current political situation on the international stage. In doing so, we do not shy away from addressing potential misdecisions, political incompetence and democratic and diplomatic powerlessness and discussing them in an open space of debate. Ideological and fundamentalist views do not find a stage in all lectures and are not accepted in the name of “freedom of teaching” and a democratically guaranteed freedom of expression.

2. Todas las conferencias se refieren a áreas actuales e importantes de la situación política actual en el escenario internacional. Al hacerlo, no dudamos en plantear posibles errores, impotencia política e impotencia democrática y diplomática y debatirlos en una sala de debate abierta. Dabei scheuen wir uns nicht potentielle Fehlentscheidungen, politisches Unvermögen und demokratische sowie diplomatische Machtlosigkeit anzusprechen und diese in einem offenen Debattenraum zu diskutieren. Ideologische und fundamentalistische Standpunkte finden in allen Vorlesungen keine Bühne und werden im Namen der „Freiheit der Lehre“ und einer demokratisch gesicherten Meinungsfreiheit auch nicht akzeptiert.
